At OzMMA, we stand behind our gear like a corner team stands behind their fighter. If our equipment doesn’t help you perform at your peak, we’ll make it right.

🔄 Easy Returns Process

Step 1: Contact our crew at returns@ozmma.shop within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Reason for return

Step 2: We’ll email a prepaid return label (U.S. customers) or customs-friendly instructions (international).

Step 3: Pack items securely in the original packaging and drop at any UPS location.

Step 4: Receive your refund within 3-5 business days after we inspect the gear.

• Unused gear with tags • Used/washed items
• Defective products • Items damaged by misuse
• Wrong size exchanges • Final sale items (marked clearly)
• Unopened supplements • Personalized/custom gear

Hygiene Note: For everyone’s safety, rash guards and gloves must be unworn/unwashed with original hygiene liners intact.

💵 Refund Options

  • Original Payment: Credit/debit/PayPal (3-5 business days)

  • Store Credit: +10% bonus (e.g., get $110 credit for $100 return)

  • Exchange: Free size swaps within 7 days (we cover shipping)

International Fighters: Refunds exclude original shipping costs and import duties.

🥊 Warranty Claims

Our gear comes with a 90-day manufacturing warranty. If seams split or padding fails during normal training:

  1. Email warranty@ozmma.shop with:

    • Video showing the defect

    • Purchase proof

  2. We’ll send a replacement immediately—no need to return the item.

📦 Return Shipping

  • U.S.: Free via UPS prepaid label

  • International: Customer pays return shipping (we recommend insured tracking)

  • Lost Packages: Not our responsibility—choose a traceable method
